January 17: Two-timin’ pasta, Caesar salad, garlic bread.

January 24: Happy Year of the Snake! Orange chicken and broccoli over white rice, Asian rainbow slaw.

January 31: Back by popular demand: country beef and vegetable soup, winter roasted yam salad.
